The title of this print is a reference to one of my favourite poems: 'Leisure' by W.H. Davies. Its opening lines are
What is this life if, full of care, 
We have no time to stand and stare.
 
The print features a silhouetted figure leaning on a balustrate and looking out across the sea. It's in a minimalist, graphic style and invites the viewer to consider what he's thinking about, or alternatively to put themselves in his place, a place of imagination. 
 
Handprinted on a high quality fine art paper with signature and edition number in pencil under the image. A limited edition of 12.
